1. Preserve the investment
Since neglecting your landscape could end up costing you much more in the long run, the value of continual maintenance to preserve the investment you have made in your property is more important than ever. The philosophy behind our carefree maintenance service is simple: you receive skilled care from educated, experienced professionals and – because we focus on the long-term health of your property as well as the aesthetics – you spend less money over time. You get the benefit of comprehensive capabilities, from bed maintenance to natural pruning; difficult weed, tree and vine removal (including poison ivy); spring clean-up and fall leaf removal; seasonal plantings of pansies, annuals, mums and kale; event preparation and winter décor. Plus we offer our expertise in design and installation of visionary lighting, sustainable drainage and beautiful landscapes.
2. Budget in advance
We help you budget by spreading the fee for our service contracts evenly over a 10 month period. We also will list any additional options, clearly defined and clearly priced. Alternatively, we give you the choice of a pay-as-you go plan. The key to our approach is this: rather than billing you for labor and materials as is typical in the industry – which can change from one month to the other without much warning – we will quote you a flat monthly rate that covers all the basics of a maintenance contract custom-design to meet your needs. And we determine those needs in partnership with you by meeting on your property to discuss the best plan for your landscape – based on its health, its design and on how you like to use it – and we take that opportunity to answer any questions you may have about our program.
3. Pay 15% less
In December and January, you can buy a gift certificate – as a gift or to keep for yourself – for 15% off the face value. In other words, you can get $500 worth of services for $75 off. Or purchase $1,000 in service for just $850. As long as you pay for it in December or January, you can use it at any time in the 2009 season.
