Here’s who we’re looking for:

Foreman – This individual leads the crew when we install new landscapes, completes and submits to the office daily paper work, schedules jobs, interacts with customers at the job site, oversees the vehicle and equipment used and is responsible for meeting production numbers on each job he or she leads.  We want to hire someone whose experience demonstrates that he or she gets satisfaction from working hard, believes in delighting customers, can help us grow profitably, understands the bottom line and the value of high production rates, and leads teams to work well, hard and efficiently – while gaining their respect.  Experience in landscape installation (not lawn care) greatly preferred, though we will train the right person.

Crew Members – We seek people whose work experience demonstrates that they get their satisfaction from working hard, believe in delighting customers, work very well in a team environment, respect authority, want to help us grow profitably, and understand the value of high production rates. Previous experience in landscape installation or maintenance would be a plus, but is not required.
