Brad Baker, P.C.H.
Before establishing Baker Creative® in 1988 to provide landscape consultation and services to what has become an ever-growing list of loyal clients, Brad Baker worked at prestigious Meadowbrook Farm. There he established his expertise in perennials, unique trees and shrubs, and landscape accessories. Previously, he created a thriving pruning service for a major lawn, tree and shrub care company. He serves as adjunct faculty at Temple University, has taught popular courses at the Cheltenham Adult School and volunteers his services in the community. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture from Cornell University’s internationally acclaimed College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, where he received numerous honors and awards. Now, his greatest reward is the delight his clients express when he creates for them their own places of beauty. It is an added bonus that the industry has recognized a number of his landscapes with prestigious design awards. P.C.H. indicates the designation of Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist |

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art, Bryan Huck brings an extraordinary eye for color, texture and dimension to the Baker Creative team. Since he began with Baker Creative in 1995, Bryan has developed a strong focus on landscape maintenance to ensure the ongoing health and beauty of each property. A true artist, he believes in keeping his work fresh, and so Bryan uses his family property as a canvas for experimenting with innovative ideas and developing new skills. Bryan finds it especially gratifying to bring his expertise in design, plant material and maintenance to the local community, as he has been a resident here all his life. He views each project as an opportunity to offer greater beauty not only to a homeowner, but also to a neighbor. “My ideal,” says Bryan, “is to give a family the landscape of their dreams, a place to enjoy life together.” |

Our customers will know Theresa (Reese) Kates as the helpful person who answers their emails, their phone calls and their questions. By keeping the office running, Reese is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience while managing a tight business process – so appointments and work get scheduled, customers receive updates and our vendors get the attention they deserve. Reese previously served as the office manager at a commercial mortgage company, as well as the assistant to the firm’s president. She also brings to Baker Creative an understanding of design – something critical to our work – having developed floor plans for stores and restaurants. In fact, Reese’s degree is in the culinary arts. While she plays out her passion for cooking at home, she has found that she really loves to work in an office environment. Her organizational talents, listening skills and commitment to customer service make her a natural. |
